Property 3D works with Brisbane and Gold Coast Property Managers, scanning all kinds of family homes and apartments. We are also working on creating a service for clients in the commercial sector and Government clients like museums, schools and much more.
Your Property Manager will take care of this, but like a traditional rental inspection, we will need to have access to your property, and the property needs to be neat and tidy. It is also essential that your tenants restrain any pets that may like to bite our technicians.
As a general rule of thumb, investment properties with up to 4 bedrooms takes approx. 1 hour. Larger properties can take a little longer. We will work with your Property Manager to ensure your investment property is scanned in its entirety and that the report you receive is comprehensive.
Absolutely, we also scan the outside of your investment property. For your Property Manager this is ideal for ongoing maintenance as outdoor areas are prone to the most wear and tear, like decks, garages, fences, even the grass. Please just note that lighting and results may vary with outdoor areas.
