Property 3D are experts in Brisbane and Gold Coast residential property scans, in particular family homes and apartments. If you have a unique or larger property that you would like scans for, please just tell us about your rental property when you book.
Like a traditional rental inspection, we will need to gain access to the property, and the property needs to be neat and tidy. It is also essential that your tenants restrain any pets including their dogs, cats or any other animal that may like to bite our technicians.
As a general rule of thumb, rental properties with up to 4 bedrooms take approx. 1 hour. Larger properties can take a little longer. We work with Property Managers to ensure every rental property is scanned in its entirety and that the report you receive is comprehensive.
Absolutely, we can also scan the outside of your rental property. This is ideal for ongoing maintenance as outdoor areas are prone to the most wear and tear, like decks, garages, fences, even the grass. Please just note that lighting and results may vary with outdoor areas.
